Wilson’s Restaurant & Live Music is an upscale lounge located at 709 South Warwick Road in Hi-Nella, New Jersey. This 7,800-square-foot venue offers dinner service, live music, and cocktails. It aims to bring a first-class restaurant, lounge, and entertainment experience to the South Jersey area, serving as a supper club for a mature clientele. The venue features a warm, elegant dining room with fine art, state-of-the-art sound and lighting, hardwood floors, and cobalt blue accents. It can seat approximately 250 guests, with a bar and lounge area offering various seating options. Additionally, there is a private room for up to 50 guests and two outdoor patios. Wilson’s hosts live jazz, blues, and R&B bands, as well as comedians, with live music typically until 11:00 PM, followed by a DJ playing dance music until 3:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. The bar offers a selection of craft beers, handcrafted cocktails, wines, and bourbons, and is one of only three establishments in New Jersey licensed to serve drinks until 5:00 AM. The menu includes options for elegant or casual dining, bar snacks, late-night dining, and brunch, with notable dishes like lobster gumbo and crabcake egg rolls. Chef Elijah Milligan, with experience from Philadelphia’s Le Bec-Fin and Vernick, heads the kitchen. The venue also has a dress code, requesting evening wear or business casual attire.
