LaScala’s Beach House

Located right on the sand in Brigantine,  LaScala’s Beach House delivers a vibrant blend of classic Italian comfort food and an energetic seaside drinking experience. Taking over the location of the former Laguna Grill in the summer of 2023, the restaurant group completely renovated the space to create a bright, open, and modern coastal atmosphere. You can choose between the sprawling outdoor deck with sky blue canopies that sits right on the beach during the warmer months, or the fully windowed, year round indoor dining area offering sweeping ocean views. The atmosphere strikes a great balance. It is a relaxed dining spot during lunch and dinner hours, but transitions into a bustling nightlife and sports viewing destination in the evenings. Expect a lively, sometimes crowded environment where the staff remains friendly and attentive even during the peak beach season rushes.

• The Drink Experience: Built to handle massive summer crowds, the venue features oversized full service bars both inside and out. They pour a rotating selection of local craft beers on draft alongside standard domestic favorites, with generous happy hour specials to keep your glass full. The cocktail menu leans heavily into refreshing, beach ready mixed drinks and spirits, backed by a highly approachable wine list.

• Signature Eats: The menu focuses on Italian American classics with an ocean twist, served in generous portions meant for sharing. A standout favorite is the LaScala Fries, an absolute must try order of fries completely loaded with jumbo lump crabmeat, bacon, spicy long hots, and a rich provolone sauce.

• Wood Fired Pizzas & Seafood: Regulars of the brand will recognize their excellent wood fired pizzas, such as the classic Margherita or the Hot Italian, which pair perfectly with an ice cold beer. They also excel at fresh coastal dishes, including Shrimp Pompeii, crispy calamari, and fresh oysters.
