In late 2025, the “torch was passed” from the legendary Meeker family—owners of the long-standing Keg & Kitchen—to Andi Lelaj and his team to create Duo Bar & Restaurant. Duo isn’t trying to be your typical corner pub; it describes itself as “upscale but not fancy,” aiming for that sweet spot of elevated American dining that still feels like a neighborhood hangout.

The transition marked the end of an era for Keg & Kitchen, but Duo has retained the soul of the space while giving it a sophisticated, “city-vibe” refresh. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick burger at the bar or settling into a booth for a multi-course seafood dinner, the experience is designed to feel intentional and polished without the stuffiness of traditional fine dining.

The Experience: What to Expect

Walking into Duo, you’ll immediately notice the chic, vibrant atmosphere. It’s visually appealing with a layout that transitions well from a high-energy bar scene to a more intimate dining setting.
