Bar Description
Located at 2164 North 2nd Street, the Millville Buffalo Wild Wings (or “B-Dubs” to the fans) delivers the legendary game-day experience the brand is famous for. When you walk in, youโre greeted by a symphony of sight and soundโa sprawling network of Big Screen TVs ensures you never miss a play, whether it’s Sunday football, college basketball, or a major UFC event. The atmosphere is loud, fun, and designed for group gatherings, making it the perfect spot for watch parties.
The Menu: Where Flavor Takes Center Stage
The core of the B-Dubs experience lies in the wings and the sauce selection. The kitchen serves up traditional bone-in wings and juicy boneless options, but the true journey begins with their renowned 21 signature sauces and seasonings. From the sweet heat of Mango Habanero and the savory kick of Spicy Garlic to the blistering challenge of the legendary Blazinโ sauce, thereโs a flavor profile for every palate. Beyond the wings, the menu is packed with shareable favorites, including Cheddar Cheese Curds, Beer-Battered Onion Rings, and a selection of hearty burgers and wraps, perfect for fueling up during overtime.
While BWW is known nationally as the largest server of draft beer in the country, the Millville location truly earns its spot in a New Jersey directory. The bar features dozens of taps, offering a solid mix of national favorites alongside local and regional craft brews. Beer lovers who check into this location on Untappd often report finding South Jersey staples, such as the 609 IPA by Glasstown Brewing Company, showing a commitment to offering more than just macro-brews. Whether you’re chasing an IPA to pair with your Blazin’ wings or a light lager for the fourth quarter, the massive draft list ensures youโll find a great pint.
History of the Brand
Buffalo Wild Wings was founded in 1982 in Columbus, Ohio, by friends Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery. The duo, who had recently moved from Buffalo, New York, were craving authentic Buffalo-style chicken wings but couldn’t find any nearby. They decided to open their own wing joint, originally naming it “Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck” (the “Weck” referring to the classic Upstate New York “beef on weck” sandwich). After starting as a college bar, the concept evolved into the large-format, sports-centric casual dining experience we know today. The company began franchising in 1992 and was acquired by Inspire Brands in 2018, continuing its legacy as the quintessential American sports bar.
