Bar Description
If you are hunting for a craft beer destination in Cumberland County, The Brass Tap in Vineland needs to be on your radar. Located right on South Delsea Drive, this spot brings the energy of a global brew house straight to South Jersey. It is a fantastic addition to the local scene, especially for those of us who appreciate a massive, rotating draft list without having to drive down to The Red Hen.
When it comes to the drinks, The Brass Tap absolutely shines. The focal point of the entire venue is their beverage program, boasting over 150 different beer selections. Their taps are a craft beer lover’s playground, constantly rotating to feature everything from highly sought after regional favorites to international staples. You will frequently find excellent local South Jersey representation on draft, such as Glasstown Brewing Companyโs Super C IPA or Bonesaw Brewingโs Swoosh. If you are into darker pours, they regularly rotate rich stouts like Trรถegs Grand Cacao.ย They do however, lack some of the newest heavy hitters and they aren’t on Untappd as of early 2026.ย ย
Beyond the beer, they do not leave out the cocktail and wine drinkers. The bar mixes up fresh, seasonal specialty cocktails and pours premium wines by the glass, ensuring that everyone in your group has a great option. They even offer a solid list of zero proof mocktails for the designated drivers.
The atmosphere strikes a great balance between an upscale casual restaurant and a lively neighborhood pub. The physical space is modern and airy, highlighted by large garage doors that they roll up when the weather is nice, creating a seamless flow between the indoor bar and their outdoor patio. The patio itself is famously dog friendly, so you will often see patrons relaxing with a cold pint and their pups. They keep the energy high throughout the week with regular events, including Monday trivia nights, Wednesday karaoke, and live music on Thursdays.
As for the food, the menu is built specifically to pair with their drink selection. The shareables are the way to go here. The Boom Boom Shrimp and the giant fresh baked pretzels served with white queso and spicy brown mustard are absolute crowd pleasers. They also offer a massive lineup of loaded nachos, from classic sirloin steak to Korean BBQ pork. If you want a full meal, their Angus burgers and hot honey pepperoni pizzas hit the spot.
To be completely honest about the experience, the sheer volume of choices is the main draw, but the service can sometimes be inconsistent during peak weekend rushes or when ordering delivery. Some patrons have noted that while the bartenders are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the tap list, the kitchen pacing can occasionally lag. However, if you are grabbing a stool at the bar, chatting with the staff, and working your way through a flight of obscure double IPAs, you are going to have an incredible time.
