The Estia Group’s history is rooted in the Pashalis family, who began their journey in America with a pizza shop in Brooklyn in the 1930s. The Marlton location itself holds history, having been resurrected from the former Pietro’s Coal Oven Pizzeria and reopened in 2014 by owners Pete and Nick Pashalis and partner John Lois. The name “Estia,” meaning “hearth,” perfectly captures the warm, welcoming, and homelike atmosphere they have created.
