The story of Di Paolo’s begins over 40 years ago in Penns Grove, originating humbly as a family pizzeria and small grocery store known as “Italian Kitchen,” opened by the beloved grandparents, Maria and Albert Di Paolo. The bustling success soon led to an expansion led by their father, Michael Di Paolo, evolving the spot into the elegant, full-fledged ristorante it is today.
