The major transition into a full bar/restaurant happened in 2013. Following the tragic fire that destroyed the beloved Jersey’s Pub during Hurricane Sandy, Balsamo’s acquired that establishment’s liquor license. This pivotal moment allowed them to move beyond just pizza and offer full package good sales and on-premise drinks, cementing their status as a true community hybrid. They moved to their current, larger location on East Atlantic Avenue in 2010.
