Founders and brothers Peter and Tony Sparacio, born in Carini, Sicily, brought their familyโs culinary heritage to New Jersey in the 1970s. After decades of running successful pizza shops and restaurants in Medford Lakes, they purchased the old Country Side Inn in 2005.
