Conclave Brewing, established in 2015, is a craft brewery located at 11 Minneakoning Road in Flemington, New Jersey. Known for its innovative and high-quality beers, Conclave offers a welcoming atmosphere for both beer enthusiasts and families.

• Signature Beers: Conclave’s lineup includes standout brews such as the Gravitational Waves IPA, praised for its grapefruit and citrus notes, and the Mexican Morning stout, infused with chilies, cinnamon, and coffee.

• Diverse Offerings: Beyond IPAs and stouts, they serve a variety of styles, including the Maze Cream Ale, Summer Jawn Fruited Sour, and Clearly Pils Czech Pilsner. For non-beer drinkers, they offer a hard seltzer called Unspoken Limoncello Lavender
